At Sanshi Mart, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the policy stated below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept return requests subject to the following conditions:

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of successful delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, including original packaging, labels, and accessories.

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or refund.
2. Return Charges

A flat return handling fee of ₹200 will be applied to all approved returns.

This fee will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products returned after the 7-day return period

Items showing signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration

Products damaged due to improper handling, misuse, or negligence

Items purchased during clearance sales, special promotions, or discounted offers, unless defective or incorrect
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please share clear images or videos of the product and packaging for verification.
Upon successful verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
5. Refund Process

All returns are subject to inspection and approval after receipt at our facility.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used at checkout.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer after receiving the required details from the customer.
6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not permitted.

Refusal to accept delivery may result in return handling charges being deducted from the refund amount.
