  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Processing time does not include shipping or delivery time.


2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.

  • At this time, international shipping is not available.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery typically takes 4–8 business days, depending on your location. (sometimes more than the given days)

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier partner delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Any promotional or free-shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available for eligible pin codes.

  • Sanshi Mart reserves the right to verify COD orders before dispatch.

  • Additional COD charges or advance payments (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.


6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

  • You can use the tracking details to monitor the status of your shipment.


7. Delays & Non-Delivery

  • Sanshi Mart is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or events beyond our control.

  • In case of repeated failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability, the order may be returned to us, and return shipping charges may be deducted.


8. Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged or tampered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images or videos of the package and product.

  • We will investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


9. Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

  • Sanshi Mart will not be liable for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
